The four-axle tank wagon Zacens with a capacity of 73 m³, equipped with heating and insulation, is designed for the transport of mineral oils, chemical products and dangerous goods of classes 3, 6 and 9 according to RID, for which the tank code L4BH is specified. The wagon is primarily intended for the carriage of benzene. The tank is welded from a shell and two torispherical heads to DIN 28011 in P355NH steel, heated by hot steam via six heating half-pipes and insulated. Filling is through the DN 500 top manhole; discharge via a DN 125/100 bottom valve with a heating jacket and a DN 100 outlet T-pipe. The wagon complies with TSI-WAG and RID, the applicable UIC leaflets, ERRI recommendations, the AVV (RIV) agreement and EN standards, and meets the conditions for the GE marking.
